AI coaching & consulting
AI adoption starts with how leaders work.
I help leaders use AI to think more clearly, get more done, and change how their organizations work. We work on your actual responsibilities, building practices and workflows you can keep using.
Let’s talk about your work ↗Individual coaching and hands-on work with smaller organizations.
The work behind adoption
Access to AI is
only a start.
Making AI useful means choosing worthwhile problems, giving it the right context, and deciding how it fits into people’s responsibilities. It also means changing habits and learning to judge the work it produces.
I bring an operator's understanding of how work gets done, a coach's attention to what helps people change, and a hands-on AI practitioner's experience of how to build agents and design workflows. Together, we turn experimentation into something you can rely on.
More about my background ↗What I’ve put into practice
Making organizational knowledge usable.
I’ve used AI to synthesize stakeholder interviews, reconstruct workflows, and develop onboarding materials and operating documentation that teams can use.
Connecting research, knowledge, and production.
I built an AI-supported email newsletter around a structured historical archive, recurring research workflows, source verification, and human editorial review.
Building tools around real needs.
I designed and built a reunion registration platform with event selection, attendance tracking, automated confirmations, and reporting, alongside a system for coordinating the volunteer team.
For organizations
AI consulting for smaller organizations
Build an organization that works differently with AI.
I partner with founders, CEOs, and leadership teams in smaller organizations to make AI part of how the business operates and grows.
We look across your organization to identify where AI can create the most value, redesign how work gets done, and build the systems and capabilities to make that change happen. The engagement connects strategy, hands-on implementation, and the people side of adoption.
A clear direction for AI.
Identify opportunities across functions, including work you could take on with greater capacity. Build a practical roadmap around business value, feasibility, and your team’s readiness.
New ways to get work done.
Design and build AI agents, knowledge resources, and connected workflows around your priorities. Put them to work in areas such as research, communications, client delivery, and internal operations.
A team equipped to use them.
Coach leaders, develop your team’s practical skills, and clarify how responsibilities and review practices need to change. Build the confidence and ownership to keep improving.
What we work toward: a prioritized AI roadmap, working agents and workflows across the agreed scope, people who can run and adapt them, and a clear way to assess their impact.
Work can take the form of a multi-month implementation partnership, ongoing advisory, or a focused leadership engagement. We define the scope around your ambitions, resources, and readiness to change.
Discuss AI adoption for your organization ↗AI coaching for individual leaders
Make AI a more capable partner in your own work.
You don’t need a team-wide initiative to begin. I work one-on-one with executives, founders, and senior professionals who want to become more effective with AI.
Bring a decision, a document, a project, or a task that keeps taking too much time. We use your work to build skills and repeatable practices that fit you.
Explore individual AI coaching ↗- Think with it. Explore options, test assumptions, and prepare for consequential conversations.
- Delegate clearly. Give AI the context, instructions, and examples it needs to do useful work.
- Build continuity. Organize information, prepare for meetings, and keep track of decisions and follow-through.
- Make recurring work easier. Develop reusable workflows for research, writing, planning, and administration.
- Exercise judgment. Check sources, challenge outputs, and recognize when the work needs your attention.
Available directly or as an organization-sponsored engagement for an individual leader.
How I work
Connect business priorities,
working systems, and behavior change.
I stay involved from deciding what matters through building, testing, and helping people make the change.
Understand how the organization really works.
I work with leaders and the people closest to delivery to understand where time, information, and decisions get stuck. We choose priorities based on the improvements that would matter to the business.
Redesign the work and build the system.
We rethink the process, give AI the context it needs, and build agents and workflows around it. I work hands-on with your team to test the results against real work and refine what falls short.
Help people change how they work.
I coach leaders directly, help managers set expectations, and work through the uncertainty that comes with new responsibilities. We build learning, feedback, and human review into everyday practice.
Make progress visible and build on it.
We agree on what to measure, such as time spent, quality, turnaround, capacity, and actual use. We review the evidence, document what works, and equip your team to maintain and expand it.
Before we begin
Questions about working together
How is this different from an AI training session?
We work on your actual responsibilities and business priorities. Individual coaching builds practical skills and repeatable ways of working. Organizational engagements connect an AI roadmap, hands-on implementation, and the changes in habits and responsibilities needed for adoption.
Do you build and implement AI systems?
Yes. I work hands-on to design and build agents, knowledge resources, and connected workflows within an agreed scope. We test them against real work, refine what falls short, and define where people need to review outputs and exercise judgment.
What stays with our team after the engagement?
We work toward documented workflows, working systems within the agreed scope, and people who can run and adapt them. We also agree on how to assess use, quality, capacity, or other improvements that matter to your organization.
